How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Murad.

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange if you change your mind. To do so, please reach out to us via sales@murad.co.nz

We cannot accept returns for change of mind when the product has been opened. We may require pictures in the instance of a reaction to process the validity of the return and /or to offer aftercare advice.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

You received a product different from the one that you ordered? Sorry about that. Please contact us at sales@murad.co.nz and we will send out the right product you ordered along with a pre-paid return bag so you can return the incorrect product to us.
