Postage is FREE to all New Zealand customers. We do not ship outside of New Zealand.
Murad Product Returns
Product Returns in New Zealand Exchanges and Refunds We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchases from FAB NZ Limited. We will exchange or refund goods that are in a resalable condition, i.e. unopened and unused, but sorry, we are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty.
If you would like to exchange your order please follow the instructions below: Here's what you do:
Call us on (09) 847 9230 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the nature of your return
Return the products to their original packaging and return within 10 days to: Unit 6, 49 Sainsbury Road, St Lukes, Auckland.
We recommend that you return your package using signature-required Courier Post. If you use general post your package will not be insured and FAB NZ Limited cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.
We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error.
It takes a maximum of 15 working days to process the return. Damaged or defective merchandise and incorrect orders
If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please ring us on (09) 847 9230 or email email@example.com within 10 days of purchase. We will happily replace or exchange the items to the value of your order. Please do not post your return back to us using general post as you will not be insured for its loss if it is damaged or goes missing.
Consumer Guarantee. All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
We accept debit and credit cards from Visa & Mastercard, and Amex for online purchases.
